Well, that statement is not actually true. To be fair to the box jelly fish they do have brains, four in fact, I think. Also they are not the typical jellyfish that just drifts endlessly with the current, in fact they decide where they want to go and unlike sharks they decide when the fuck they want to take a break and just pick a spot and then they go to sleep. They are totally capable of killing though.
