Movie quote

I ma need some help on this one guys. Does anybody know where this quote comes from? “I am very dissapointed!!”. I know it aint much to go on but from what I understand the person saying this has a deep voice and says it very loudly. I am thinking it comes from some sort of comedy and/or a cartoon movie (like shrek or something like it, that type of cartoon movie). I must find out or I will kill myself

    I think it may be The Fifth Element, but Gary Oldman’s voice isn’t that deep.
